Raiders Battle Hard in Three-Set-Loss to Gators

The Pierce College Raiders women’s volleyball team put up a strong defensive effort but fell to the Green River Gators in three sets, 25-16, 25-17, 25-15.

Audrey Fries led the Raiders with 8 kills, adding 1 service ace, 14 digs, and a block assist. Rayley Peterson followed with 6 kills and 8 digs, while Taylor Kilen tallied 4 kills, 2 service aces, 11 digs, and a block assist.

Eseta Saunders Tauiliili continued her balanced play with 2 kills, 1 service ace, and 14 digs. Kate Carlson anchored the back row with a team-high 17 digs and 1 service ace, and Janaila Roeurth added 2 kills, 1 assist, 1 ace, and 11 digs.
