Titans Defeat Raiders in West Region Opener

The Pierce Raiders hosted cross-town-rival, Tacoma, on Saturday, September 7th to open up West Region play for the 24-25 season. The Raiders fell to the Titans by a score of 4-1, moving their overall season record to 2-4-0, and a West Region record of 0-1-0.

The Raider produced five shots in the match from Elena Iniguez (2), Piper Betty (1), Kaylee Mithun (1), and Tatiana Schiedt (1). Scheidt was the lone Raider in the match to score a goal, unassisted, in the 89th minute.

Piper Betty and Shelby Dirks shared time guarding the goal. Betty recorded four saves, while Dirks recorded three.
