Red Devils Silence Raiders

The Pierce Raiders traveled south to Longview to take on Lower Columbia for the first time this season. The LCC Red Devils, who remain undefeated this season, defeated the Raiders five goal to none. Wednesday’s loss for the Raiders moves their overall season record to 2-6 and 0-3 in league play.

Elena Iniguez led the Raiders in shots with two, followed by Kaylee Mithun and Tatiana Scheidt who each took one shot in the game. Piper Betty guarded the net for the Raiders, recording 12 saves in the game.

The Raiders will head to Tacoma on Saturday to take on the Titans for the second time this season. Kick off is slated for noon.
